Job Summary

Join our BIM team in Singapore to lead BIM coordination and management, ensuring high-quality model delivery, effective collaboration, and innovative BIM technology application for industrial and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BIM team, including BIM Authoring Leads, Coordinators, and Modelers, to ensure effective team performance and skill development
• Deliver training on Bentley BIM software and BIM processes to enhance team proficiency and project outcomes
• Coordinate BIM workflows across disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP) to create, maintain, and update accurate and complete BIM models
• Facilitate model integration and resolve conflicts among discipline teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Communicate closely with project stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate BIM data transfer and seamless integration
• Chair BIM coordination meetings to address technical and workflow challenges, driving project progress and collaboration
• Ensure BIM models and deliverables comply with project requirements, industry standards, and local regulations
• Review BIM model quality to align with design intent and construction needs
• Evaluate and introduce new BIM technologies, including 4D to 6D BIM applications, to improve project efficiency and innovation
• Provide technical support to resolve BIM implementation issues and promote innovative BIM applications
• Manage BIM project data to maintain accuracy, consistency, and security, preventing data breaches or loss
• Monitor BIM project progress and costs to ensure timely delivery of models and outputs
• Identify and mitigate risks related to BIM project implementation to safeguard project success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Relevant BIM certifications
• Prior experience as a BIM Manager
