BIM Manager

Assist VP (Design & Development) to lead and manage coordinators and BIM modellers on all Architecture, MEP and Structural coordination and execute proper BIM documentation standard.

Obtain and collate the update of construction works progress from each site.
Monitor submissions status and collate all approved materials, samples, RFIs and shop drawings in proper log sheets from site coordinators and tabulate metrics for tracking of site progress.
Manage the implementation of VDC/ BIM policies and standards developed by company.
Core Competencies Knowledge of preparing a well-structured BEP (BIM Execution Plan) for execution at site.
Knowledge of statutory requirements for lean planning, construction safety and quality, environmental sustainability, facility management & etc.
Knowledge of latest technology and most up-to-date modelling and visualization software for virtual navigation, VR (Virtual reality), virtual scheduling, rendering & videography.
Knowledge of good project management, focusing in particular on successful project delivery and milestones set in BEP.
Ability to manage and coordinate BIM Logistics (Contracts, Emails, File sharing, BIM Family & etc.)

Minimum Experience 5 to 8 years min experience in the use of BIM authoring & review softwares (e.g. Autodesk Revit, Bentley, SketchUp, Navisworks, Fuzor, Lumient & etc.)
Experience in using various visual documentation and presentation tools (e.g. MS Power Point, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Power Director & etc.)

BIM Engineer / Coordinator / Modeller (Civil / M&E)

Establish BIM implementation strategy, requirements, process, workflow and needs for construction projects.

Optimize design and downstream construction processes through the implementation of BIM and VDC concepts beyond 3-D modelling and conflict resolution.
Plan, manage and maintain the 3-D BIM data and complexity of content to meet project deliverable requirements.
Embrace a holistic approach and strategically plan for BIM execution in green building projects.
Manage all drawings (e.g. Shop drawings, Layout Plans drawings and As-
Built drawings) with all respective trades (e.g. Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Sub-contractors works), as well as to resolve all design issues and de-conflict clashes in BIM drawings.
Lead and support the projects’ BIM Team(s) including managing of subcontractors’ BIM Team(s).
Attend and chair design technical meetings with Clients, Consultants and Sub-contractors.
Engage project teams to innovate and leverage advanced tools to solve project problems.
Assist the QS department in variation order claims related to design changes.
Develop a training program for design managers and engineers to improve the use of BIM authoring tools.
Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

Degree / Master in Architecture / Engineering / Construction or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in all aspects of BIM modelling especially for commercial and industrial building and structural configurations / imaging
Trained and proficient in Auto Cad, Revit / BIM software in Architectural /
Structural / MEP and other visualization and simulation applications.
Experience with working in A2 and above Main Contractor companies.
Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of design authoring and collaboration tech tools in construction projects.
Good understanding of the Singapore Construction Industry regulations (e.g. Building code, BCA, URA and LTA).
Experience in leading a team of BIM modellers.
A positive individual with good judgment, prompt decision-making abilities and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge in Specialist trade works (e.g. Curtain wall, Stone and Interior Design works) will be an added advantage.

BIM Coordinator

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Job Description:

Monitor and check BIM Model and revisions
Manage BIM Modellers work scope and schedule
Support BIM Modellers in software technical issues & troubleshooting
Work closely with project team in coordinating, organising and producing shop drawings and documentation using BIM • Execute 4D & 5D simulation

Job Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/ C&S/ BIM/ VDC
Proficient in Revit & Navisworks
Good IT skills and willing to learn and use new software technology
Experience in VDC project is an advantage
