BIM Manager - DC

Highlights:
Salary: UP to $6000/month
Location: NS Hub 
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.00am-5.00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure BIM models meet standards and goals outlined in BIM BEP/LAE BIM GUID and project criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external disciplines on design and model changes.
• Create accurate construction drawings and extract data using BIM platforms.
• Leverage Navisworks to present Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) solutions.
• Maintain and update BIM models from design stage to as-built.
• Conduct clash analysis and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Prepare and amend shop drawings, as-built submissions, and maintain detailed records of changes.
• Design MEP layouts with operational and maintenance considerations.
• Develop and manage BIM project setups, 3D Revit libraries, and COBie data.
• Attend coordination meetings and liaise with consultants and project teams.
• Deliver drafting and documentation for various project stages, including authority submissions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements: 

• Min Nitec in Engineering.
• Min 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in main contractor coordination or any related.
• Skilled in understanding DFMA modular prefab MEP requirements, including material selection, fabrication, assembly, and inspection.
