Job Description - BIM MODELER

Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural, civil and structural and other related drawings from design drafts.
Liaise with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.
Drafting designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Making adjustments to drawings according to feedback from engineers or architects.
Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work.
Interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies, and propose alternative material/work method for architectural work.
Assist Project Manager in compilation of handling-over documents including as-built drawing.
