BIM Modeler (Archi/ M&E/ 5.5days)

Job Description:

• Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements
• Manage the process of 3D modeling (Architectural/Structure) and quality as per Project BIM requirement
• Understand and manage the process of 3D model-based shop drawings (Architectural/Structure)
• Generate Clash Detection Reports for Technical (BIM) Meeting
• Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools
• Make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted.
• Maintain project documentation and records, prepare reports, letters, presentations to authorities.

Requirement:

• Diploma in any related field
• 2-3 years related working experience
