BIM MODELER ARCHITECTURAL / INTERIOR DESIGN

You will be responsible for producing Autocad and BIM (Revit drawings), coordinating with consultants and subcontractors the BIM Model for the project. Attending BIM weekly meetings, coordination meetings and ensuring that submittals are in line with the Singapore BIM Guidelines and Project BIM requirements and Project timelines / programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Maintaining standards throughout the various stages of the design drawings and following the Design workflow
• Ensuring compliancy with local standards and International Building Codes (BCA Guidelines and Singapore BIM Guidelines)
• To support the Site Manager and Coordinators by providing BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication

Skills Requirements

• Proficient in BIM, Revit, Autocad and Rendering softwares
• At least 2 Year(s) of relevant experience in Architectural BIM Models related projects
• Ability to work well in teamwork and takes a proactive approach to work
• Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
