BIM Modeller

About the Role

Play a critical role in bringing Singapore's next major infrastructure project to life — one precise model at a time. As BIM Modeller, you'll develop and manage the detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models that keep the project on track, accurate, and fully coordinated across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for the project in compliance with company and authority standards
• Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to resolve design clashes and implement revisions
• Ensure accurate, real-time documentation and coordinate seamless data integration within the internal project network

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in drafting and BIM modelling for infrastructure or construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Bentley software
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
