BIM MODELLER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked
• Report to the manager/ engineer
• Responsible for production of 3D Construction models from base information
• Design and detailing of services support systems
• Attendance at design and construction reviews
• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
• Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma holder in Architecture, Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering or other related discipline.
• Certificate in BIM Revit for Architecture
• Min 3 years experience in related field
• Excellent AutoCAD skills
• Able to start within short notice
• Working location: Tanah Merah
