BIM Modeller cum Drafter

Job description:

\- Responsible for creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle

\- Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information

\- To create BIM models and build the BIM libraries

\- Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design\-changes and model changes;

\- To produce construction drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools.

\- Develop plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from the BIM/CAD with adequate detail

\- Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit/Navisworks and AutoCAD software

\- Ability to read and understand Architectural, Structural and MEP construction documents/drawings

\- Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Working hours:

Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:45pm

Alt. Sat, 8:30am to 12:30pm
