BIM Modeller (Data Center)

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and update drawings and design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers in drawing preparation and coordination.
• Stay current with drafting and BIM technologies to maintain technical competency.
• Plan and manage drawing submissions to meet deadlines.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain proper soft copy archives of all drawings.
• Draft detailed installation and construction plans from sketches or notes.
• Finalize and reproduce documentation packages according to project standards.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BQ) and material submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on drawing-related matters.
• Prepare communication materials and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of project drawings.
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors to discuss drawing and design matters.
• Conduct in-progress and joint inspections to ensure work complies with quality standards.
• Review and update project drawing quality plans as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to data center or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM modelling), Navisworks, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
