• Up to S$3,500 basic + Performance Bonus
• 5.5-day work week
• Working hours will follow the assigned client site's schedule
• Deployed to client sites across Singapore (location varies by project).

Job Summary

We are looking for a BIM Modeller with experience in architectural and structural drafting to support client projects. The successful candidate will produce shop drawings, develop and edit 3D BIM models, and coordinate drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and structural shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Create, modify, and maintain 3D BIM models.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
• Produce detailed construction drawings and documentation.
• Assist in drawing coordination to ensure project requirements are met.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Able to create and edit 3D BIM models using Revit.
• Familiar with Autodesk software for architectural, structural, and M&E shop drawings.
• Experience producing concrete body plans, reflected ceiling plans, and detailed finishing drawings is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the construction or building industry with BIM knowledge
