BIM Modeller (UP$5500 / West / 5 Days Office Hours)- DC

BIM Modeller 
Location: West
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.00am - 5.00pm)
Salary Range: UP to $5,500/month 

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize Revit and CAD software to create accurate designs and drafts.
• Coordinate and produce CSD drawings, leveraging experience with main contractors and MEP coordination.
• Understand DfMA modular manufacturing and MEP component installation processes.
• Develop 3D constructible models and translate them into 2D drawings for fabrication.
• Interpret and coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP service formations for installations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Factory Managers, and the project team on various tasks.
• Prepare and revise shop drawings, incorporating consultant feedback and managing re-submissions.
• Perform clash detection and generate detailed reports from 3D models.
• Draft construction plans, documentation, and implement advanced production techniques.
• Verify drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers for documentation and maintain an organized drawing register.
• Liaise with architects and engineers to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Effectively communicate project details with leaders and team members.
• Implement and oversee Quality Assurance processes.
• Manage time effectively to meet strict project deadlines.

Requirements: 

• Minimum: ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience as a BIM Modeller
• Proficient in understanding DfMA modular prefab MEP product requirement.
