As a Sales Manager (BMS), you will be responsible for the solutions sales of BMS (Building Automation System) in Singapore. The incumbent has to develop and propose sales budget and growth forecast to align with the sales strategies of given KPIs for Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Controls BMS Department. 

The incumbent reports to the General Manager of Public Utility and Solutions (PUS) and work closely with the PUS BMS technical team to promote and sell customized building automation system based on Niagara Platform to suit customers' requirements and applications. The incumbent must be familiar with Tridium N4 framework. Additionally, the incumbent must have knowledge and experience of controlling 3rd party electrical equipment, HVAC, vertical transport, security equipment and etc, using high level interface such as BACnet, MODBus and LON. The incumbent is also expected to prepare and make sales presentations. 

Your Key Responsibility

  • Develop BMS business in Singapore. Able to sell and promote MEAP diamond controls products and solutions to the Singapore Market.
  • Together with technical team, provide customized BMS solutions based on Tridium N4 framework to win projects in Singapore. Prepare win-win sales and marketing presentation of Diamond Controls. 
  • Lead the Singapore Sales Team. Prepare tender, RFQ and bidding documentation. Submit win-win bids for projects. 
  • Strong understanding of Niagara BMS and basic know-how of programming the BMS (Tridium N4)
  • Plan and manage the project from bidding, to receiving order, procurement, delivery of products, installations, T&C, training and project handover. Responsible for AP and AR of projects. Support the Project Manager, Site Engineer for the project, ensuring coordination with subcontractors to ensure successful delivery of each project milestone. 
  • Respond to building operation and technical enquiries from existing client (for past completed project)

Your Profile

  • Degree in engineering related to automation and project management 
  • At least 8 years of experience
  • Tridium Niagara AX/N4 certification will be preferred
  • BACnet, LonWorks and MODbus protocols will be preferred
