Roles & Responsibilities

• Attending vessels at anchorage and/or berth (terminal) and etc, for husbandry matters.
• Arrangement of Port formalities, documentation, declaration for smooth vessel arrival/departure.
• Compliance on all statutory formalities and factual declarations.
• Communication and coordination with all work-related parties.
• Able to work irregular hours to handle assigned duties.
• Strong minded and positive.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, forwarders etc.

Skills / Knowledge / with or without Experience Required

• Skills - Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Power point, Word
• Strong communication skills –
• Must Process valid Class 3 or 3A driving license or more.
• With or without Shipping Knowledge as training will be provided.

Pre-requisites

• NITEC / Diploma On Maritime Study or equivalent in related field.
