Executive Protection Specialist / Close Protection Officer (UHNW Family)

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated, highly disciplined, and discreet Executive Protection Specialists (2 Headcounts) to provide close protection and risk mitigation for an Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Security & Escort: Deliver discreet, seamless close protection for family members during daily routines, public engagements, and private events in Singapore.

• International Travel Deployment: Travel on a rostered basis (averaging twice per month, 4–5 days per trip) to oversee security protocols across overseas destinations.

• Advance Operations & Reconnaissance: Perform route planning, venue risk assessments, and emergency preparedness checks prior to travel and events.

• Crisis Response & Threat Mitigation: Maintain constant situational awareness, react swiftly to potential security threats, and manage crowd or physical intrusions effectively.

• Operational Logistics: Coordinate closely with family office staff, local law enforcement agencies, and private aviation teams to ensure smooth security transitions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven Track Record: Background in Military (Special Forces, Infantry, Reconnaissance), Law Enforcement, or established Private Close Protection sectors.

• Martial Arts / Tactical Expertise: Proficiency in hand-to-hand combat or martial arts disciplines (e.g., Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Boxing, Muay Thai) is highly advantageous.

• Work Schedule & Flexibility: Ability to commit to a 6-day work week when based in Singapore, alongside a flexible travel schedule.

• Professional Conduct: High emotional intelligence, absolute discretion, sound judgment under pressure, and impeccable personal grooming.

• Travel Readiness: Valid passport with the flexibility to travel regionally and internationally at short notice.
