- Position : Boutique Receptionist – Up to $4,000 – Central – ALL WELCOME!
- Location : Central
- Working hours : Retail Hours (44 Hours Per Week)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Grooming and Transport Allowance + Commission and Incentives (to be discussed)
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : High End Luxury Watch Retailer
Responsibilities:
- Attending to phone calls, screening and forwarding calls to necessary personnel
- Attending to emails and assigning emails to sales personnel
- Screening customers and monitoring access to boutique
- Providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact and ensuring CRM data capture for all new clients
- Ensuring that boutique front area is always in best condition
- Updating of calendars and schedule meetings for retail staff
- Tracking welcome materials inventory
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality industry
- Willing to work retail hours with rotating shift
