Branch Manager [ Allowances & Bonus Beauty ] (JTYJV)

Branch Manager 

• 4 days off a month (Every Sunday and PH off)
• Working Hour: Weekdays - 11am to 8pm; Weekend - 11am to 6pm
• Working Location: Far East Plaza
• Salary Range: $ 2500 - $ 3500 + $ 200 Attendance Allowance + $ 1000 performance bonus + Overriding

Job Summary:

As the Branch Manager, you will play a dual role in overseeing the daily operations of the branch while also providing expert beauty advice and personalized service to clients. You will lead and motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
• Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

A) Branch Management:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staffs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain the branch’s appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staffs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage the branch budget and financial performance.
   

B ) Beauty:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting and delivery effective treatments suited to their needs.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
