• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure a high level of security and safety within the branch.

skills and experience required

• Minimum local diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking, hospitality, retail, or airline industries is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
