Brand Ambassador

Duties of Brand Ambassador include:

• Welcoming and engaging with customers visiting the boutique.


• Provide personalized consultation and styling advice for customers.


• Assist in delivering boutique KPIs and achieving sales targets.


• Responsible in presenting merchandise desirably in accordance to suggested guidelines and maintaining a tidy store consistent with client expectations.


• Coordinates, liaises, and assists customers on service-after-sales (repair).


• Perform assigned duties per request from Supervisor/Manager.

The ideal background of Brand Ambassador:

• Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus.


• Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems.


• Extremely personable, positive, and approachable.


• Fantastic customer service skills.
