Job Description - Brand Ambassador (Luxury Retail)

Our client is a global travel retailer, distributor and duty free operator. We are currently partnering with them to recruit for Brand Ambassadors. This particular boutique, set to open in October at Changi Airport T2, is in collaboration with a renowned French luxury fashion brand.

As the Brand Ambassador of the Maison, you will welcome every guests, inspiring them with your excellent product knowledge, exceptional customer service and warm hospitality. As a Brand Ambassador, you will

be the Client Relationship owner, a trustworthy adviser and a reliable team player who thrives to provide the best customer experience and takes pride in developing long-term relationships.

deliver strong business performance by achieving the sales and key performance indicators as well as CRM targets.

transmit brand awareness through storytelling and will keep yourself updated with latest trends and competitorsâ activities, including but not limited to services, promotions, and marketing trends.

manage stock requirements to fulfil orders and align the visual merchandising of the store according to guidelines as well as ensuring proper housekeeping efforts are done on daily basis.

comply with store guidelines and established policies and standards, and where required, provide feedback for continuous improvement.

live our culture and values, engage with other Team Members on a personal and professional level, and strive for the over-all teamâs success.

Requirements

practical experience in sales or in a customer-oriented business, preferably with professional experience in retail luxury brands and established client base.

good command of English, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional language.

basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Point of Sales systems.

strong teamwork, communication, and sales skills with the ability to understand the needs of customers with a wide range of cultural backgrounds through active listening.

ability to work well under pressure to achieve business goals.

openness to work in varied shifts between early morning to late evening hours and as per business needs.
