BUILDING DRAFTER ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Responsible for coordinating architectural works to ensure to project requirements, drawings, specifications, quality standards and the construction schedule.
Review architectural drawings, specifications and contract documents
coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts
liaise with architects, consultants, clients' subcontractors, site team on technical and construction matters
prepare monitor and update shop drawings, materials submission and method statement for approval
conduct site inspection
coordinate mockup, material samples and finishes for consultant/client approval
ensure proper documentation including RFIs, site instructions, variation orders and as built drawings.
