Key Responsibilities:
· Provide or plan support and execute comprehensive facility management programs, systems services for the buildings
· As part of the team to review, administering building regulations and building maintenance activities and liaise with subtenant
· Management and coordinate with subcontractor, vendor and local authorities to ensure fulfilment of contract terms, agreement, compliance to local law or regulation and company ESH policy
· Prepare and submit monthly project report in defect rectification works and alternation projects
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering OR Building Servicing/ Facilities Management
· Able to speak and write in Mandarin to understand Chinese documents in order to liaise with our Chinese speaking counterpart
· Good learning attitude
· 1 to 2 years relevant experiences in running Building Maintenance or Project works is an added advantage
· Electrical or Mechatronic knowledge with relevant 1 to 2 years experiences are welcome to apply
· ESH/ WSH Management System is an added advantage
· Proficient in AUTOCAD
