Building Manager

1.The Area/Building Manager shall be overall responsible for the performance of the facilities management manager services in the zone which he/she is assigned to.

2.The Area/building manager shall be responsible for the facilities management manager services of the building(s) that he/she is assigned to and other related facilities management issues.

3.Fire Safety Manager shall ensure at all times that the fire safety requirements contained in the fire safety plan are complied with.

4.To manage and lead team of Engineers and technical officers in fulfilling the contract scope of requirements and responsibilities.  

5.To manage and provide technical support for M&E services under IFM, IBC and A&A projects

6.Attend meetings with clients, consultants and strategic partners

7.Manage work schedules, project timeline and overseeing maintenance & operation works

8.Manage Minor / Major repairs and replacement (LCR) for M&E systems / Tracking of operations for work request and fault calls by Clients

9.To be involved in Innovation and sustainability

10.To have good engineering solving skill sets when encountering failures in M&E / building & Infrastructure systems

11.Preparation and submission of progress monthly claims

12.To manage contractors for all project works, minor and major works

Requirements

•Shall possess approved tertiary or equivalent qualification and with at least three (3) years relevant post graduate experience or

•five (5) years for diploma holders in facilities management industry or relevant built environment industry. 

•FSM- Shall have minimum two (2) years relevant working experience and should possess any of the qualifications as required by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
