Building Technician (Facilities Management)

Position Title: Building Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to ensure the safety and functionality of our facilities through proactive preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems and will be committed to upholding quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Address daily operational tasks, including promptly responding to customer inquiries, needs, and complaints.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and sanitary services, air conditioning units, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical controls.
• Conduct technical troubleshooting to resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Nitec certification in Mechanical/Electrical or a related field.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management will be given preference.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Possess a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach.
