Building Technician ( Facilities Management/ACMV )

Position: Technician - ACMV / Facilities Management

We're looking for a diligent Facilities Technician to oversee the smooth and safe operation of our facilities by actively engaging in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. The perfect fit for this role will demonstrate adeptness in mechanical and electrical systems while prioritizing adherence to quality, safety standards, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operational duties, promptly addressing customer inquiries, requirements, and complaints.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, sanitation services, air conditioning, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical controls.
• Conduct technical diagnostics to swiftly and efficiently resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

Requirements:

• Nitec certification in Mechanical/Electrical or a related field.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management will be given preference.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply ( Training will be provided )
• Demonstrate positivity, great communicative skills, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
