Building Technician (M&E)

Job Summary:

• Basic up to $2300
• 5.5 Days 
• Monday - Friday ; Saturday
• 8.30am - 6pm ; 8.30am - 1pm
• Location Islandwide

Job Scope:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing tasks across Electrical, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Building, and General Repairs.
• Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for M&E works, air conditioning, or building infrastructure.
• Conduct facility or building maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Promptly address defects and customer complaints, responding efficiently to fault reports, client requests, and breakdowns.
• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on building facilities and systems to ensure smooth operations, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Perform preventive inspections and troubleshoot M&E systems.
• Record and inform the supervisor of any faults or issues found during routine checks.
• Complete any additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
