Business Analysis Manager (MNC) Healthcare industry

Our client is a leading medical supply chain solutions industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Business Analysis Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Business Analysis Manager:

Business Performance Management

• Analyse key business metrics including sales, profitability, inventory, and operations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and maintain reporting dashboards and performance indicators for management review.
• Track performance against targets and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to support achievement of business goals.

Strategic Planning & Business Support

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Build financial and commercial models to evaluate new initiatives, product launches, and business opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to support business execution.

Data Governance & Process Improvement

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of business data across systems and reports.
• Support ongoing improvements in reporting processes, tools, and data management practices.

Customer & Commercial Analytics

• Analyse customer behaviour, purchasing patterns, and product usage trends to identify growth and risk areas.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation frameworks based on revenue, product mix, purchase frequency, and value contribution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, commercial finance, business intelligence, or strategic planning in healthcare/medical industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
