Business Analyst

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support innovation and business growth in the manufacturing and supply chain space. You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify market needs, analyze data, and develop strategies to improve operations and business models.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and manufacturing challenges
• Support development of new business models and go-to-market strategies
• Assist in financial modelling, ROI analysis, and budgeting
• Identify areas for operational improvement
• Collaborate on ideation and prototyping of new solutions
• Stay updated on supply chain and manufacturing trends
• Work with teams to analyze data and suggest improvements
• Support planning and systems used in supply chain operations

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a business or functional analyst
• Knowledge of market analysis, value propositions, and business models
• Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Client-focused with ability to manage priorities effectively
