BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Description

Sri Sun Electrical Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a SeniorBusiness Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience inbusiness analysis, enterprise systems, and digital transformation. Thesuccessful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technicalteams to analyze business requirements, improve operational processes, andimplement technology solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Design and implement business process automation and workflow solutions.
• Coordinate system implementation, integration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and develop dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and project teams to deliver business solutions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document test results, and support production releases.
• Develop reports, queries, and business intelligence solutions to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training for new systems and business processes.
• Support project planning, risk assessment, change management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on business analysis best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in enterprise systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, workflow automation, and system implementation.
• Experience in system integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment.
• Experience in preparing business and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms will be an advantage.
• Experience using AI or Large Language Model (LLM) tools to improve documentation, reporting, or business processes will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
