Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support the company's strategic planning and business development initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with management to evaluate business opportunities, analyse market trends, and recommend strategies to improve operational performance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Gather, analyse, and interpret business data to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor project progress and provide analytical support for ongoing business initiatives.
• Develop financial and operational analyses to support business planning.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project implementation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
