Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements in the FinTech domain.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Develop and maintain functional specifications and business process models.

Create and refine prototypes to illustrate proposed solutions.

Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions.

Provide support and training to end-users.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the FinTech industry.

Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.

Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure RP, or similar.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with banking systems, payment systems, or blockchain exchanges is desirable.

Good to have professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP).

Experience with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
