Business Analyst (Banking / 12 month Contract / up to $5K) - Innovative Company

Seeking a Business Analyst to join the team within a local bank.

Responsibilities:

• Collate and manage all details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical, including system interfacing, data content, and application data.
• Provide support to the user community on business queries and offer guidance on better usage of the system for daily activities.
• Understand the scope of the project, associated changes, and assist the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document project rationale where no impact is assessed.
• Ensure governance in projects with impact, aligning design with strategic data flow strategy.
• Collate and rationalize all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these with the team.
• Actively partner with the team in the solutioning process, ensuring long-term standardization and front-end configuration.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approaches and sign-off criteria, gaining stakeholder concurrence.
• Manage overall UAT timeline, batch runs, and tester results.
• Prepare proper documentation on data flow, design, business solutioning, and testing approach in accordance with predefined templates.
