Business Analyst (Credit Origination & AI)

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking system implementation and transformation projects.
• Lead business analysis activities for Credit Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Limits & Collateral Management Systems (CLIMS) implementations.
• Conduct end-to-end business process analysis, process mapping, and system workflow design.
• Review Product Gap Summaries (PGS) and recommend optimal business and technical solutions.
• Validate and review consultants' solution assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare functional documentation including:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Specifications (FSD)
• User Stories
• Process Flows
• User Guides
• Configure system parameters based on business requirements, including:
• Loan application types
• Product configuration
• Approval workflows and matrices
• Credit policies
• Risk rating models
• Financial statement templates and ratio calculations
• Work closely with technical teams to support system configuration, enhancements, defect resolution, and new feature implementation.
• Recommend process improvements and UI/UX enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and regression testing.
• Validate AI-powered banking capabilities, including:
• Generative AI
• Agentic AI
• Intelligent Chatbots
• OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
• AI-assisted document processing
• Perform bug validation and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.
• Support pre-sales activities by preparing demo environments, sample data, and product demonstrations.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and conduct product and system knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Assist with ad-hoc initiatives including notification templates, product documentation, and process improvements.

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong experience implementing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or Credit Origination Platforms.
• Experience with Limits & Collateral Management Systems (CLIMS).
• Strong understanding of:
• Corporate Lending
• Commercial Lending
• Credit Approval Workflow
• Credit Risk Assessment
• Collateral Management
• Experience gathering business requirements and preparing BRD, FSD, User Stories, and process documentation.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration and workflow setup.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
