About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support our teams in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring successful project execution. This is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation and software delivery projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

• Support workshops and meetings with internal stakeholders and clients

• Help prepare user stories, process flows, and test cases

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements

• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation support

• Maintain project documentation and assist in preparing training materials

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role (graduates within the first 3 years after graduation are welcome)
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SPR)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile practices is a plus
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools

• Exposure to wireframing or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and data flow

• Basic SQL or data analysis skills

• Internship or academic project experience related to software or digital systems
