Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Business Analyst specializing in Payment Systems and T24 Banking Software. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing business requirements, optimizing payment processes, and ensuring effective implementation of T24 functionalities to support banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Elicitation:
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to payment processing and T24.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to elicit user requirements and expectations.
• Payment Systems Analysis:
• Evaluate and enhance existing payment processes, including integration with the T24 environment.
• Provide insights on industry best practices for payment systems and T24 integration.
• T24 Implementation Support:
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure T24 functionalities that meet business needs.
• Participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for T24 deployments.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and user manuals.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates on project milestones and deliverables.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking and financial services, with a focus on payment systems.
• Experience with T24 Banking Software is essential.
• Strong understanding of payment processes, including SWIFT, RTGS, and other payment mechanisms.
• Proficient in requirement analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
