Experienced in Power/Engineering industry is required.

Our client offers a comprehensive spectrum of engineering, installation, consulting, integration, management and maintenance services to support companies in all market segments.

Areas of responsibility:

• Perform and summarize the monthly closing/forecast of all entities
• Prepare the forecast and proposal of corrective actions
• Manage consolidation of monthly forecasts with preparation of detailed commentary on variances, investigation of unusual variances leading to resolution of issues
• Develop periodic management reports and presentations
• Assist with daily scheduling, appointments and meetings, and follow up on action items
• Provide administrative support to the Management
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

The Person:

• Minimally 5 years of account and/or business reporting experiences
• Proficient with MS Office and Power Point applications
• Team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diversity
• Critical and analytical thinking
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to anticipate the needs of the Director
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
