Business & Operations Executive

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Business & Operations Executive to support the growth and development of our services. This role plays a key part in building a strong operational foundation while driving business expansion within a healthcare/wellness setting.

If you are commercially minded, operationally strong, and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, this could be a great opportunity to grow into a broader business development role.

Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
• Provide on-ground support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the initial phase
• Ensure a high standard of service delivery and patient experience across the programme
• Prepare regular updates and reports on programme progress and key milestones to management

Business Development & Growth

• Support the development of referral pathways, partnerships and initiatives to drive patient volume
• Collaborate with internal teams on outreach, campaigns and growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities to expand services and improve programme positioning within the market

Projects & Expansion

• Contribute to strategic and operational projects across the organisation
• Grow into a wider Business Development role, supporting expansion plans

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, leasing, real estate, or expansion roles (healthcare/retail preferred)
• Experience in site sourcing, lease negotiation, or clinic setup is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong project management abilities
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
