Business & Talent Executive (No experience needed)

We are a centrally located recruitment and headhunting firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking for driven and proactive individuals to join our growing business team.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy communication, relationship management, business development, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will gain exposure to client management, talent advisory, recruitment operations, and business growth initiatives.

Candidates with strong learning agility, positive attitude, and interest in business and people-related functions are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners

• Understand client hiring needs and support talent matching activities

• Source, screen, and coordinate suitable candidates for job opportunities

• Support recruitment operations, interview coordination, and hiring processes

• Assist in business development and client acquisition activities

• Manage communications and follow-through with clients and candidates

• Create and post job advertisements across various platforms

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

• Conduct market research and talent mapping activities

• Work closely with internal teams to support hiring and business growth objectives
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• ⁠No need experience, training will be provided

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable communicating with people and working in a fast-paced environment

• Business-oriented and proactive mindset will be advantageous

• Prior recruitment, sales, customer service, marketing, or business development experience will be an added advantage
