About the Role
We are seeking a Business Architecture Associate Manager with strong experience in the Avaloq platform to drive solution design and implementation in wealth management environments. This role focuses on delivering high-quality analysis, architecture design, and consultancy support to enable successful transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide consultancy support across project lifecycle, including analysis, solution design, and documentation of the Avaloq platform
• Produce detailed functional and technical design documents for Avaloq implementation initiatives
• Conduct impact analysis and gap assessments based on business and system requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions and configurations
• Support business users from requirement gathering through implementation and go-live phases
• Track progress and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders
• Ensure solution alignment with business objectives and industry best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and documentation standards
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Avaloq platform implementation or support
• Strong expertise in Avaloq Core Platform
• Hands-on experience with Avaloq Financial Accounting modules
• Avaloq Core Certification is required
• Proven experience in system analysis, design, and documentation within complex environments
• Ability to perform impact analysis and translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in private banking and wealth management domain
• Proficiency in PL/SQL or similar database technologies
• Background in finance or financial systems implementation
