Business Consultant

Job Description

• Develop and execute business strategies to support FOSI Consultants’ growth and long-term objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to analyze trends, assess competition, and uncover potential areas for business expansion.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to understand their operational and strategic needs, and recommend customized solutions to enhance business performance.
• Support the development of proposals, reports, and strategic presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, technical, and finance departments, to ensure proposed solutions are viable and aligned with client expectations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align consulting initiatives with corporate goals and support organizational development.
• Assist in financial planning activities such as pricing strategies, cost-benefit analysis, and revenue forecasting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in business consulting, business development, or a related field, preferably within the engineering, construction, or consulting industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently and in collaborative team settings.
