Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Coordinator

Job Title: BCP / DR Coordinator
Monthly Salary: $7,500 – $10,000 SGD
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery runbooks
• Coordinate DR testing activities including scheduling, resources, and vendors
• Validate RTO/RPO achievements during DR tests
• Document test results, gaps, and remediation actions
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure recovery procedures are current
• Manage DR infrastructure inventory (backup systems, replication, failover capabilities)
• Support business impact analysis (BIA) activities
• Assist in crisis management and emergency response coordination
• Maintain BCP/DR documentation in central repository
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (MAS guidelines)
• Track and report on remediation of DR test failures
• Conduct awareness sessions on BCP/DR for IT teams

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BCP/DR coordination
• CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) certification preferred
• Experience with backup and replication technologies (NetApp, VMware SRM, Veeam)
• Understanding of RTO, RPO, and recovery strategies
• ITIL awareness for service continuity management
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience with DR orchestration platforms a plus
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors
