Join Our Team: Business Delivery Manager

Are you passionate about driving payment volume through innovative campaigns? We're seeking a Business Delivery Manager to join our Credit Cards team and execute impactful campaigns via our rewards system, One Loyalty System (OLS).

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end campaign setup in OLS to drive campaign execution.
• Gather user requirements and coordinate campaign prioritization.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and live verifications (LV) to ensure desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to set up campaign rules in OLS.
• Manage resolution of UAT and production issues with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in system parameter setup.
• Proficiency in conducting UAT and LV.
• Knowledge of Credit Cards and loyalty rewards systems (OLS) preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
