Responsibilities:

• Grow the client franchise globally through the introduction to QCP’s product and solutions
• Provide consistent high-touch service to valued prospects / clients throughout their journey with the firm
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve the client experience and meet client demands
• Assist in any implementation enhancements to existing client service workflows

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in real time client facing supporting functions, especially top-tier clients
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales coverage role in a Financial Institution Industry is preferred
• Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skill.  Excellent team-work and communication skills
• Knowledge of derivative and other trading products (e.g. knowledge of options) as well as general understanding of the Web3 ecosystem is a strong plus
• Outstanding problem solving capabilities including solving issues under high pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to be able to facilitate clients and cross departmental communication
