Our client is an international asset management with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit high calibers to join them.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct research on investment profiles, key individuals, business strategies as well as the industry and competitors, including trends, competitor intelligence & analysis.
2. Help facilitate product and asset class specific marketing materials & sales kits to support sales activities.
3. Source and analyze product performance, investment recommendations, investment team experience and other data for client requests and due diligence.
4. Maintain familiarity with the current products available and report on current news and pertinent financial events that may influence investors.
5. Events coordination and serve as “sales liaison” for events.
6. Maintain good follow up with prospects.
7. Assist with new account opening and client onboarding.
8. Provide necessary administrative functions such as database management, preparation of marketing collateral, coordination of meetings/conference calls etc.
9. Handle client queries including reporting, account issues and due diligence templates.
10. Work closely with internal teams to deliver high quality service experience to clients.

Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree with around 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
2. High level of proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
3. Strong desire to develop career in sales or financial services is essential
4. Must be pro-active, self-motivated, assertive and well-organized
5. Meticulous, with an eye for accuracy
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Team player
