We arelooking for someone who understands both the technology and the business. Thisis not a traditional sales role, nor is it a pure technical role. It sits atthe intersection of enterprise technology, banking and strategic businessdevelopment.

The Role

We areseeking an experienced Business Development Director who can engage confidentlywith C-level executives, Heads of Credit, Chief Risk Officers, CIOs, CTOs andEnterprise Architecture teams across financial institutions.

Thesuccessful candidate will understand how enterprise AI solutions are adoptedinside banks, appreciate the complexities of corporate credit operations, andbe capable of translating sophisticated AI capabilities into tangible businessoutcomes.

This rolerequires someone who can build long-term strategic relationships rather thansimply sell software.

KeyResponsibilities

• Developand expand strategic relationships across banks, financial institutions andenterprise organisations.

• Identifyopportunities where Walnut AI's Document AI and Corporate Credit AI solutionscan deliver measurable business value.

• Leadexecutive-level discussions around AI transformation, credit automation anddigital banking initiatives.

• Workclosely with solution architects, data scientists and product teams to developcustomer-specific propositions.

•Understand customer business processes and map Walnut AI capabilities intopractical enterprise solutions.

• Managecomplex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

•Collaborate with implementation and delivery teams to ensure successful clientadoption.

• RepresentWalnut AI at industry events, conferences and executive forums.

• Buildlong-term partnerships with technology partners, consulting firms and systemintegrators.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or arelated discipline.

• 8+ yearsof experience in enterprise technology business development, consulting orsolution sales.

•Experience working with banks or regulated financial institutions is highlydesirable.

• Excellentcommunication, presentation and executive engagement skills.

•Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as required.
