The Role
You will be reporting to the Team Lead and involved in the following key responsibilities:

• Engage prospective business owners, corporate clients, and entrepreneurs to understand their operational and growth needs.

• Manage client accounts, address business inquiries, and build long-term corporate relationships.

• Prepare business proposals and deliver professional presentations on corporate services and advisory solutions.

• Monitor market trends and identify potential business segments for expansion.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.

• Undertake ad-hoc market outreach and business development assignments as required by management.

Your Profile

• Diploma, Degree, or A-Level qualifications in any discipline.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese for effective communication and relationship management with corporate clients.

• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and a target-driven mindset.

• Comfortable speaking with business owners and executive-level stakeholders.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Prior experience in corporate sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an asset, but fresh entrants are welcome to apply as structured B2B coaching will be provided.
