Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development for AI Control Systems based on IoT-devices and mobile applications for the aquaculture industry.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with aquaculture farms, hatcheries, and industry partners.
Engage customers to understand operational challenges and propose suitable smart aquaculture solutions (e.g. sensors, monitoring systems, automation, data analytics platforms) to improve farming productivity and cost effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders.
Present, demonstrate, and explain technical solutions in a clear, value-driven manner.
Conduct market and competitor analysis focused on aquaculture technology to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and solution presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with teams to ensure smooth system deployment and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits locally and overseas when required.
Provide sales pipeline updates and reports to management.
Requirements:
Background in aquaculture, fisheries, or related fields.
Experience in sales or business development preferred.
Knowledge or strong interest in AI, IoT, systems, or smart farming technologies.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel overseas if required.
