Business Development Executive

Summary:

• Basic Salary + Monthly Comms + Yearly Performance Bonus & Incentive Trip

Job Responsibilities：

• Generate leads and acquire new clients through various channels from cold calling, networking, referral
• Identify sales opportunities to upsell & cross-sell to existing clients & potential clients
• Stay informed & updated with industry trends through research and active listening with clients in order to better cater to clients' recruitment needs.

Additional requirements：

• Min 1 to 3 years' relevant experiences required
• Able to commence work within short notice
