Business Development Executive (Insurance Broker / Employee Benefit)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical reviews, including benchmarking and gap analysis.
• Draft analysis results and reports for BD Manager and clients.
• Advise clients on placement design, coverage enhancements, and pricing.
• Customize insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Prepare broking documents such as proposals, handbooks, and presentations.
• Support BD Manager with organizational and technical assistance.
• Pitch services, identify new sales leads, and attend networking events.
• Manage CRM for inbound leads and demonstrate technology solutions.
• Maintain client relationships, manage new business placements, and oversee renewals and claims reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor in any discipline
• Insurance or relevant background preferred
