Business Development Executive / Media Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and business development activities.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities locally and internationally.
  • Develop strategic sales plans by industry and key accounts.
  • Conduct sales presentations and meetings both onsite and offsite.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to customise media products and packages to meet customer needs.
  • Plan and execute advertising and promotional strategies to support sales growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business performance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development preferred.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
